Auction Buyer is responsible for carrier and purchase delivery costs (shipping, handling and insurance when applicable/requested) possession is deemed taken upon either purchaser in person hand delivery, or by carrier pickup; unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon in signed agreement instrument/writing.

All first print sales include notarized signed statement by artist as certificate of authenticity, and hand signed autograph of the artist on the back of the purchased print with print number.
